We retain your personal information in our backup systems for a maximum of 90 days from the date of submission. After this period, your data is automatically and permanently deleted from our systems.
Hashed contact information shared with advertising platforms for ad measurement and suppression is kept for no more than 90 days.
Your SSN / ITIN is not retained in our backup systems at all — it is transmitted directly to the dealer partner and affiliated lenders and only an audit flag (confirming that an SSN was provided) is stored.
Consent records and data erasure request logs are retained for a longer period (up to 3 years) as required to demonstrate regulatory compliance, but contain only hashed identifiers — not your plain-text personal information.
Dealer partners and affiliated lenders retain your information according to their own data retention policies and applicable law.

Advertised rates (e.g., "from 2.99% APR") are illustrative only and represent the best available rates for the most qualified applicants. Your actual rate will depend on your credit profile, loan term, vehicle, state of residence, and other factors determined by the lender.
Nothing on this form or in communications from Integrity Leads or its dealer partners constitutes legal, financial, or tax advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making any financial decision.
All content, design, and technology associated with Integrity Leads forms is the property of Integrity Leads or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Integrity Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our forms, or from any financing decision made by a dealer partner or lender. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which the dealer partner operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
